Stepping Stones Therapy

At Stepping Stones Therapy, we provide our pediatric patients with access to comprehensive and individualized therapy using only the most current and evidence-based practices. We utilize a unique, multidisciplinary approach and offer pediatric speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy services provided by the most experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals.

In 2020, Stepping Stones Therapy opened its doors to patients in the city of Cookeville, TN and the surrounding Upper Cumberland area. In February 2022, we opened a brand new, spacious, second pediatric therapy clinic in Crossville, TN to better serve the needs of our neighbors in the Upper Cumberland area. Our mission has been to provide quality, family-centered care in a safe and fun environment. We provide all of our patients with state-of-the-art pediatric therapy services to foster independence in all skills needed for life-long success. Through our unique and evidence-based programs, we are committed to helping our clients improve in any and all areas of concern. We are proud to offer holistic treatment that focuses on the whole child as well as co-treatments between speech therapy, occupational therapy, and/or physical therapy for appropriate patients.  Our clinic prioritizes timely access to care, allowing many families to begin therapy with little to no wait time.
